A few years ago I found a recipe for pork tenderloin in a healthy recipe book that came with another magazine (either Readers Digest or Redbook). The basics from what I can remember are: Roasted pork tenderloin with carrots, glazed in maple syrup and rosemary. Served with roasted rosemary potatoes (I believe they used frozen waffle fries). The pork and carrots were roasted in a bag placed in a roasting pan with the potatoes. Is anyone familiar with the recipe and knows where I can find it again?
Also, if you know another good recipe, I'm all game.
