Your best option is to email local websites and companies to the San Antonio area. If you have a website offer a link back to the sponsor. The value in sponsoring a team is to get advertising on your uniform for local brand awareness.

Also try Craigslist San Antonio for more visibility of your sponsorship opportunity.
