Looking for a sugar free dessert recipe?

I saw it here awhile ago and I have lost it! It was a layered pudding/cream cheese dessert that used pecans in the crust layer.

You can substitute Splenda for sugar in virtually any dessert recipe.  Use sugar-free pudding mix and sugar-free Cool Whip.  If it had a cookie crust, you can use any sugar-free cookie (make crumbs) and mix with some melted butter and chopped pecans.  You could just put the crust into a pie pan, with the pudding and then the Cool Whip on top.  If you wanted to add some fruit (like bananas or peaches) to the pudding,that'd be fine too.....
