I am looking for a summer flight camp for a 16 years old boy, residential program is preferable.

If you're in the UK (Which I suppose you are if you're Michael Owen!), then I would try Air Cadets, they really are brilliant.

Where are you located, this would help greatly.

Eastern Michigan University has a Summerquest Program that lasts a week,  that gives in intro to the flight program and builds a few hours towards the private, while attending some field trips and getting to know a little aviation backround  and an intro into college lift. . Last i heard the cost for the Aviation summerquest was around 2000.00, but this includes meals, housing in the dorms, and flight hours, while being watched over by a responsible flight student.
