call the better business bureau and ask for a listing from them.  make sure they are license, bonded and insured.  you can also speak to your neighbors or friends and find out if they know a good carpenter.

You can order one ready-made and they will deliver it and drop it - finished - exactly where you have the concrete blocks set up for the foundation.
