Find an 06 Nissan Sentra Special Edition. It came with a Rockford Fosgate system and a factory installed sub woofer. It sounded pretty good to me. The Nissan also gives you a semi-sport feel for a small car and it's a good reliable car as well. Plus, it gets decent fuel economy. I think it's a win-win situation that just might do you well. Buying a car for a sound system is like buying a bike for its seat.  The best you'll get won't come with it. Get a Nissan 240SX, Nissan 300ZX, Toyota Supra, Toyota MR2, Ford Mustang, etc. Then swap in a name brand head unit, name brand amp (if you need it), speakers and etc. off of crutchfield.com

A used Audi! Its fast, fun and has a bumpin system. I got a 2004 A4 for $15,000.

The shaker 1000 audio system in my mustang gt rocks. Its louder than most installed sytems I have heard.
