Looking for a vampire documentary where a group of male vampires own nightclubs in europe.

My friend told me about this documentary (he can't remember where), the main vampire actually grows fangs and eyes turn black while the interview is taking place. The vampire's fangs are examined by a dentist, and found to be real. If anyone knows of this documentary, please help me find it.
