It really depends how cheap you want if you talking really really cheap I would suggest looking at ebay or Craigslist first but if your looking kinda cheap maybe autotrader. it just depends

Scooters are great if you dont plan on driving in the winter. I would suggest a used Honda or Toyota sedan. They are reliable, get great gas mileage and hold value fairly well. Remember before you buy any used vehicle make sure and have a certified mechanic inspect it.
