Looking for a watch to my trainings.?

I want a watch that allows me to keep track of my effort (heartbeats per minute, distance traveled, and things like that) and with the ability to program trainings in it (like, 5 minutes at 150 heartbeats per minute and then 2 minutes at 120). It must be waterproof since I train kayaking. I have been told that pulsar has the best watches for that kind of use, but I don't know which one to choose. I would like the best one they have, a real "virtual trainer", that can fulfill all my training needs. Thanks for your answer, I would appreciate only useful answers ok? :)

  1. instead of a watch, get a personal trainer. they are done by brands such as nike and adidas and cost around $350. Some watches do some basic things like heartbeat monitor, but they aren't as good. hope i helped!
