Looking for a webcam with no time delay. Please help!?

Me and my boyfriend will be using these for a few years so I'd like a nice one. I've bought 2 (one around 30 bucks and the other around 60) and they both have a 30 second time delay. Whenever I move it cuts out and blurs. Any webcams that don't do that?!

Thirty second delay for what?  I had a cheap web cam and it worked real time.  For bestter quality, get a Firewire of USB 2.0 web cam.  For best quality, get a real video camera.
