Looking for a website for personalized name tags?

I am looking for a website to order a personalized magnetic name tag from. If any of you are in the medical field you should know what I'm talking about. They are plastic magnetic name tags for your shirt and they have tons and tons of different little pictures you can pick from to put on your name tag next to you name! And then you can pick the kind of font you want and what color border you want around it. Anyone know this companys name or url?? I know alot of nursing homes use this company to order name tags from. I have looked every where and cant find anything close to what I'm looking for.
