a few weeks ago while searching for items to re-use in my crafts I found a website that sold unwanted 'waste' items from buisnesses for a reasonable price

its had all kinds of stuff from paper/card, to jars, electrical components and metal/plastic

I can't for the life of me remember what it was called though and numerous searches are turning up blank

can anyone point me in the right direction?

  3. try www.steptoeandson.co.uk

  4. Would it have been the SCRAPSTORE? A lot of towns have them, they sell exactly what you say.

  5. ebay

  6. "Scrapstores" There is one in Portsmouth. We used to go to get things for the local playgroup children. Things like the material leftover when sequins have been made and felt offcuts etc.

  7. landfill.com

  8. There's independant places across the U.K. we have Scrappies nr us.

free2collect.co.uk  is another freecycle type group. I love the idea of these but there is always some pikey in the group who asks/receives everything.
