Looking for a winger and a left back - Football Manager 2008?

Hi, I'm looking for a winger for my team Aston Villa. I need him to be somewhat cheap (5 - 8 million) but I'm not looking for someone who's experienced enough that'll play well NOW and not just a hot prospect. If possible, I hope he can play on both the left and right wing.

I'm also looking for a good left back, he can be younger but again I've only got about 5 million to spend.

Can anyone help with some suggestions?

Renato Augusto - Flamengo. he can play on left or right wing and also centre. he is young, very cheap and turns out to be one of the best players in the game.
