there is one house on necker island and you rent out the entire island but thats 40,000 PER NIGHT...

thats the most expensive, they have way more other options, cheaper too. good luck!

I would go to a travel agency with that crowd. I'm sure you can get some group rate. I would not even attempt to book myself. Travel agencies don't charge a fee and they are there if you have any problems.

You are NOT looking for a hotel? And you want a kid friendly environment. Is that correct?

If so try this site to rent homes/villas. They do have some 8 bedroom homes. Maybe 2 homes/villa with 8 bedrooms or 3 homes/villa with 5 bedrooms.

I have had phenomenal success using a website called www.redweek.com   Folks who own timeshares list their properties for rent or sale.

You can sign in as a guest and see what is available for the time period you are interested in.

If you are interested in contacting the listor -- you will need to join the site.  I think it costs $10 for 6 months -- well worth it.  Once you join, you can read objective reviews by users of the properties.

I would also recommend going to tripadvisor.com and reviewing the property there.

I have used redweek.com for at least 5 vacations -- all with phenomenal success.  Sometimes, the listor will negotiate with you on the price as well.
