Looking for adopted sister?

I am looking for my sister who was adopted years before I was born. I have searched everywhere...anyone have any ideas? She was born March 1, 1975 in Virginia Beach, VA

I think there's a website called Reunion.com?????  Maybe Google "reunion"?  Did you check at the county court house in Virginia?
