Looking for adoptee born July 27th, 1983.?

Question

I know this is a long shot but I'm looking for a male adoptee who was born on July 27th 1983 in Wheeling, WV. His birth name was Justin Michael.

I've looked (and registered) at several adoption sites and am looking for other ideas on where to find someone.

Continue to seek out & register on adoption registries.  Consider consulting a private investigator to help you.  You probably have enough information to start a search.

The listing notes that it was submitted by an adoptee. and is an exact match to what you have above.  

If you placed this search, you should change the submitted by info to read, birth mother, birth relative or something else.

if you didn't submit it, then there is your match.

Was he adopted as an infant or later.  If later you can trace people with birth date and first name.
