Looking for an Excel type program that I can use w/ QuickBooks?

I use Excel to send an adjusted trial balance to my client. I currently export my client's trial balance from QuickBooks to Excel, and have to manually add extra lines and formulas to the spreadsheet and readjust the formatting each time to get an adjusted trial balance. Is there an Excel-like computer program into which I can export the QB trial balance, and not have to do so much reformatting for each journal entry I want to enter onto the trial balance? Or is there a way to do this in Excel?

  1. Try downloading open office. It is a free software. Or use the trial version of MS office 2007.

  2. Try Ability Office, (Business), under £30 on amazon.UK. Some say Open Office is not compatible with some office programs but Ability should be and it's cheap.
