Looking for an apartment but....?

my boyfriend has bad credit but has the income needed and I have the credit but not the income..What can we do as far as finding and getting an apartment in VA? What are our choices? and we really need an apartment...help

Some places may be okay with it, just go in and be very open and honest about your situation...your not alone!

If you find that apartment complexes are telling you no, try finding a private landlord that owns a condo. They might ask for a bigger desposit.
