Looking for an apartment within walking distant to stores near cary, apex, holly springs, fuquay varina NC?

I am looking for an apartment that is safe and i take my son in his stroller and have a safe walk to stores or shops in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, HOlly springs, or Fuquay varina, or willow springs NC. Can anyone help?

There are lots of apartment complexes (and rental condos) surrounding Cameron Village Shopping Center in central Raleigh.  

It's a very pedestrian-friendly area with lots of wide sidewalks, crosswalks, pedestrian signals, and so forth.  Cameron Village will give you all the main shopping needs like grocery stores, drug store, video rentals, dry cleaners, gift shops, clothing stores, toy store, library, and many eating places.  Very easy to get around on foot.  Plus, it's very near downtown as well as Hillsborough Street which both have even more stuff to walk to.
