Looking for an english speaking flower shop in arequipa peru?

have had difficulty with rosatel . is there a number to call them rather than online? are there other reputable florists in that area who can communicate in english? ftd is good but extremely expensive by comparison. any help greatly appreciated. thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

Rosatel is the best to me. You call call them at this number in Lima: (number in brackets is country and area code)

(51 1) 446-4666 and they can help you with your order to Arequipa. I just called them to ask about your problem and they said to call Lima and they can order the flowers to Arequipa (from Lima), no problem at all.
