Looking for an internet filtering software?

I am looking for an internet filtering program. In particular, I am looking for a program that will send the list of websites that I visited to someone else.

The only catch is that I am looking to install this on my work computer. And my office has removed administrative privileges from all non-MIS staff.

Is there such a program that I could download and use without having administrative privileges on my computer.

I am also wondering if since I am looking for such a simple internet program, if there is one that I can download for free.

Since they locked down the computers, I doubt you can install anything.

If you were successful and got caught, you would likely be fired. You don't care?
