Looking for an obit in trumbel county, ohio

I think my mother in law died and my ex won't tell me. Our children need closure. How can I find out?

  1. If an obit was published in the local newspaper (the Warren, Ohio, Tribune-Chronicle), you can find it here:

    But of course most people die without an obituary in the newspaper.  So, you might need to check the death records in the office of the Clerk of the County Court.  You may be able to do that online at the Web page below.  But the site is quirky (it explains why this is.)  In that case, there are phone numbers you can call for help.  Those are also on the Web page:
