Looking for aphids, cicadas, and leafhoppers?

Question

These are some of the bugs i need in the Homoptera order. They look really gross and so does the habitat they are in in all the pictures. Where should I look?

i beleive that aphid could be anywhere. a friend of mine found one, however it soon after turned brown. cicadas can b found in trees and stuff by the beach i believe. i do not know what a leafhopper is
