Do you think that someone would work as my assistant for no money, but helping out with a very important project?

Without knowing the project or the possible rewards such as recognition, credit on publication, specialized training, school credit for an internship program I wouldguess not unless these nonmonatary rewards are very substantial.   Most ppl who have time for employment are seeking paid work.
