Sister - looking for Brother born May or June 1960 - Pawnee County -Larned,Kansas

unwed mother - this would be my half brother who was adopted when he was about 1 - 1 1/2 years old. Mothers birth year Dec.1917 and deceased in 1986

Would appreciate any information on how to find him
