  1. Contact elementary schools, churches, and the childcare information agency in your new area.  They should be able to give you a list of programs in that area.  Then you can contact those programs for detailed information about their service.  Be sure you visit the programs in person before making a selection.  You'll want to observe for cleanliness, safety, staff/child ratio, and staff/child interactions.  The staff and children should appear to be happy and actively engaged with each other and with the materials provided.  Don't worry about a diverse environment.  If it's a good quality program, it will probably be a great learning experience for your child.  I wish you luck in your search!

  2. What age is your daughter? There are some good Tutor Time and Headstart preschools/childcares in the area.  They seem to be centered around the 67th Ave/Camelback Rd area.

If you google "childcare glendale, AZ" and then center your search around where Loop 101 meets Glendale Ave, a number of options will pop up for you to take a look at.  Best of luck!
