Looking for children's book. may have been called "in the land of color"?

I'm looking for a book that i had about 20+ years ago. It was a hard cardboard book and the illustrations reminded me of Beatles yellow submarine. I remember a few of the pages. one said something like ..." in the land of blue one orange crab sits on a rock" that page was all shades of blue except for the one orange crab. then the next page was all orange except for one small green object. and so on... i remember that all the pages had the sun with a hole in it and the hole got smaller or bigger as you turned the pages, any suggestions i would really appreciate. thanks

are you talking about The Land of Many Colors...
