he was born in philppines, birthday october 10 1973. his father has been tryiny to find him since birth lost contact 1975. mothers name is nelly. if you have any information please comment back this is a last resort please help!!...thank you

I was also thinking that the mother might not have kept his last the name the same if she took him from his father.
