At http://www.eircomphonebook.ie/search.ds I did a search for Cullen in Dublin 4 (Donnybrook is in Dublin 4, but so are a few other suburbs) and came up with 13 entries, all for Dublin 4, but not necessarily  Donnybrook.

There were also 2 entries in the business section, though from the street names given, I'd guess they are both in Ballsbridge.

There is a map on http://dublin.forumforus.com/Map_of_Donn... with all the main streets labelled, but I couldn't see any street called South Brown Street.

no south brown st in donnybrook. there's one in dublin 8 but donnybrook is dublin 4. maybe it was called that in the past but its not now.
