i am looking for family and have found most but was wondering if anyone knows of a good web site to find like my great grandmas parents names and stuff for free. i guess i could ask her but shes kinda hard of hearing

Ask her anyway.  Ask her about everything you can think of.  What she lacks in hearing, she more than makes up for with family knowledge.

You'll find out a lot more from her than you can on any search engine.  The only thing it will cost is some of your time and you will be giving your ggrandmother the gift of your attention.

The best place for anyone to get info on their family history is from the family's oldest living members.
