  1. Go to Costco. They have all 14 clubs plus the bag.

  2. Golf clubs are different from person to person.  I would recommend hitting several different brands to get an idea as to what you might like.  If you are planning on getting into and staying with golf, I would buy a set of clubs that would fit your game in a couple of years instead of right now.  As you practice and play your swing will evolve and what  you like might change.

Suggestion.....we are coming into the time of year where club manufacturers will start setting up demo days.  Find a driving range in  your area and see if they have any vendors lined up.  Some public courses might also have vendor days.  Here you can hit all types of clubs they make while on a driving range.  You can talk with the expert about the clubs.  They can also fit you for ones that you like.  Getting fitted will give you a better chance of having fun while playing.  I would not recommend buying clubs from target, k-mart or Cosco.....  Every manufacturer will make a line of clubs for all abilities of golfers.  Due to laws of economics they will all be about the same price.  Just make sure you like they way they look and feel.......

  3. dont listen 2 the ppl that say go 2 target or Kmart or Costco. those clubs r suckish. try cobra clubs. look on eBay. callaway good 2. or cleaveland i think its just as good, just cheaper. but idk. try cobra cuz their r awesome!!!!!!! eBay but be careful who u buy it from.

  4. Get some old Taylormade clubs that are about 1-2 years old.  Good Luck!!!

  5. I have always had good luck with buying through Ebay.  Be sure to go to your local golf retailer to try out clubs so that you know what to bid for.  Also, look for an Ebay auction whose seller is reputable...that is, has a good number (50+) of positive feedbacks.

    Cheers.

  6. Local driving ranges that sell clubs have great deals on some great clubs that have been traded in....Also look for some quality sets on E-bay, just watch who your buying from

  7. powerbilt and hippo are good if you want new. they're pretty inexpensive. you could also try going to your local shop and look at their clearance and demo/ used clubs. if all else fails, try ebay

  8. some clubs such as acuty aren't too  expensive at d**k's

  9. go to Kmart

  10. try some garage sales, you can find decent used ones sometimes.unless you want brand new then i would try walmart or k-mart.good luck!

  11. Tour Edge is a very good quality product, for a reasonable cost. Wilson has come on lately. Cobra and Adams are also reasonable, but getting more expensive. Look for closeouts or good quality used stuff, great deals to be found there too.

If you have a Golf Galaxy near you, the Maltby line is an exceptional value and very well put together. For that matter Snake Eyes clubs/gear can be found at Golfsmith and they are well made and reasonable also.

  12. I'm with Cassie go woth Cobra
