Looking for good company that looks for community discounts for employees in Ontario, Canada?

I am looking for a company that offers to call business and service in a companies local region in order to find out how much of a discount (if any) they would be willing to offer to employees of that company. Hopefully they would then make a card that employees could take to the local shops to received the discount. Discounts like "10% of Regular Priced Merchandise", "Buy one get one Free" etc.

The key here is that the discounts are offered locally, not a just a company that blankets certain stores.

Any help, links, would be greatly aprreciated.

I've actually never heard of that... If you're just looking for a job because of the discounts get an SPC (even if your not a student, and old student card will work!)
