  1. I work at a daycare, and we play baby symphony's (to me it sounds like something that mozart created, but the kids enjoy it, and sleep well with it on. )

  2. This is a online store where you can find many things you may need or want for you classroom needs including music selections for both nap and music time in your classroom! This is where I shop for things for my Head Start Class!

  3. easy listening on 93.9 fm

  4. mozart

  5. Calming music is usually the best. Anything from nature sounds, classical music, and lullabies is your best bet.

  6. Brahms, Beethoven, Tsiolkovsky classical music will calm them and expose them to different types of music, and since no words the kids won't try to sing to it LOL.  Also exposure to this type of music will expand their minds.

  7. All of the above are good but relaxation CD's work well (the kind adults meditate to) and also Nature sounds (the kind that take you on a "walk" thru the forest -streams, birds, etc or to the beach) My daughter had a tape that took her around a farm. She listened to it every night at bedtime. It focused on breathing, relaxing w/ eyes closed and visualizing being at a farm.

  8. Baby bash!

  9. Rick Charette's "A Little Peace and Quiet."

  10. I found some good sleep music CD's at the Dollar Tree.  I like Romantic Piano and Romantic Sax.  They are love songs from my teen years that are just instrumental.  It relaxes me also and I can sing along in my head.  Some of the Mozart and other classical music is too spunky and energizes them with the tempos.

  11. In my preschool class, we play Enya music at nap time.  The little ones cannot resist the calming and hypnotic melodies and soon drift off to sleep.
