Poker Stars is a pretty good site. They have lots of freerolls, plenty of play-money tables and tourneys, et cetera. The layout isn't bad (and you can change it up if you'd like).

Full Tilt Poker is good too. Getting into their freerolls is difficult if you don't have the world's fastest Internet connection, but the play-money tables and tourneys are just fine.
