yo people of yahoo,

i have some questions to ask people who work out or have good experience...thanks for any help or helpful input.

1.my first question is what equipment is highly needed or best to have, i have york 20 kg dumbells atm thats it hehe. but i get paid soon and this is why im asking what to get.

2. can you tell me your work out, like 12 hammer curls 12 blah blah etc wtc and warm up session etc... this would help me loads.

    those ull find way better stuff than on yahoo answers but ill tell u this

    u wanna get something relitively cheap and that will help a lot get these things

    Pull up bar, bench that can be moved incline decline flat, the dumbells and as much weight as u think as ull need. and perform the exercises like on the first site...the second site u can get a whole workout plan to bulk up also and btw dont go over 10reps when building muscle u want the last two reps u do to be HARD for each set and workout diff muscles like day one chest and triceps day two back and biceps day 3 legs and trap u can do abs everyday and i say lift 5x a week with two rest days limit cardio...and remember diet and resting is like 70% of the whole thing sleep at least 8hrs a day and eat enough cals 20x ur body weight is how many cals u should have to bulk and 1.5g of protein per lb u weigh also so if u weigh 100lbs eat 150g protein daily eat directly after a workout consisting of simple carbs and protein and eat clean besides post workout only eat complex carbs whole grain and protein! with a lil fats in there of course
