Looking for help in getting a pet pig?

I'm looking to get a pet pig I'm hoping for a smaller one that won't get that big. The only thing I've seen are potbellied pigs is there any breeds that get smaller then this.

Also would I need to get it shots and everything?

There is nothing smaller than a potbellied pig.  While a few will stay under 100 pounds, most average out at around 150 pounds.  They do need to be vaccinated.  You also will need to make sure you are able to legally keep one where you live.  In most locations they are considered to be livestock, and you must be zoned to keep livestock in order to have one.  So, check out your local laws and zoning thoroughly before you bring one home.
