We are looking for feedback on both our website and the items currently listed on the site. Do these shirts appeal to you? (Mens and womens) Do these models appeal to you? What type of shirt would you design that would be a hot seller? What would you add or change about the product? About the website? What is your perceived quality of these items? What do you feel about the prices? What is the image this brand portrays? What should be this brands overall image? Who is the specific target market and would that market wear this brand? Does this site seem professional? Trustworthy?

  1. Like the other guy I see a muscle-bound guy and a hot young babe as your main models. I perceive the product being sold at Gold's Gym only.

You need fat people, brown people, black people, old people, kids...

  2. Hello!

Being a fellow small business in your area, I felt compelled to comment on your site.

First thing, the page is very image heavy and takes a while to load. I don't personally see this as detrimental to your site, but anyone visiting your site from their phone, blackberry or non-broadband connection will have a few seconds to wait for the page to load. The header (the body builder wearing the red shirt) is huge, it fills the screen on every page and forces your customers to scroll down the page while navigating your site. Decreasing the header size may make the site more user friendly and easier to navigate.

Also, your site mentions "real Chicago colors, real Chicago sizes for real Chicago people," yet I only see beautiful model-types wearing model-sized clothing. Also, all of your models appear to be of one majority race. You may want to use a larger variety (races and body types) of models. This would allow your customers to more closely identify with the clothes they see and picture themselves in your shirts, and ultimately be more inclined to purchase something they think would look good on them, as opposed to something that looks good on a model.

When I try to buy a woman's shirt, I am only able to view one picture of it, and see a variety of logos or variations on colors. While adding a shirt to the shopping cart (and waiting for the giant header to load) I can see other pictures... perhaps you could add a photo gallery with all of your models' photos, or a flash component that shows a variety of sizes, colors and styles in a very straightforward and easy to see way. Especially when you want customers to buy something, you want the navigation as easy as possible.

I think you're off to a good start, I like the domain too! Is the "CMH" logo the only style you're currently selling? Also, what marketing efforts are you currently pursuing?

    Good luck.
