Looking for info on cool music scene in Germany?

I'm working on a little research project and I'm hoping the Yahoo Answers community can help me out..

I can access Germany's Music Top 40 charts, but I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on the indie music scene, and where I can find some info on what people are listening to in Berlin.

Also, Music Magazines? Rolling Stone and NME are pretty big here in the US... what German magazines are pretty popular among people who are really in the music scene?

Try www.motor.de , it's an alternative Berlin radio station.

On its myspace page ( http://www.myspace.com/wwwmotorde ) they link many Berlin artists.

Music Magazines? Don't know many, but you should try VISIONS http://www.visions.de/

Are you just looking for indie rock? Electronic music and Punkrock are typical for Berlin, too.
