Looking for infomation on cartoons - possibly Looney Tunes/Roadrunner. Two kids watching tv in the cartoon.?

I'm trying to find information about these cartoons! It was two little kids who sat watching TV. For some reason I'm thinking they had German names like Hans and Fritz (but it was a boy and a girl). They'd say something like "Zip...Zing..." They had huge eyes and I'm thinking they may have been watching Roadrunner cartoons in the cartoon? Any help would be wonderful.

I remember that, but can't seem to track it down. The kids watching Road Runner cartoons may be from "Adventures of the Road-Runner"
