Go to the british institute of inkeeping (BII) website and you'll have to take a day long course and exam (if you live in wales the welsh assembly pay for it) Then once you pass its best to go to a solicitor to sort all the paperwork out for you, good luck the general public can be right ar*eholes sometimes
