  1. While waiting, inquire at public library or related information services of government in city and obtain address listings

of all foreign embassy locations  that you personally could visit.  Make appointments to visit or dispatch each a form letter by postal service.  Wither ask in person or by letter to have mailed to your place of residence a list of all foreign flag

vessel owner or corporation listed mail addrerss that maintain port offices or scheduled services withing each country that the Embassy represents.  Should you obtain such from one or more sources you'll next mail each your

    inquiry for employment opportunity.

Failing that, I suggest writing the Embassy of France to request joining the French Foreign Legion.  Serve one enlistment term and you'll earn French Citizenship in addition to your present status.  You'll learn French quickly, the duties are worldwide, and it makes reader a better man to find

paid employment than as at present; in France or any land under french administration.

    The bad news?

    Legion service is dangerous employment.
