Looking for job info!?

i am thinkin about getting a job at the chapter at the oshawa center. i am 13 so i figured i would obviously have to wait a few years.what i want to know is:what is the pay.

:is it the same for every chapters store

:what age can i start working there

Hi look on chapters.com & find the main store address.

Proceed to write them an "information letter for future employment" basically stating as formally as possible what you are looking for (including salary information).

mention you are 13 now & this is for a future position in their store.

Ask even for an information interview. This is an interview where you get to meet with store management & they will interview you such as a real interview.

It also gives you a chance to "try out the interview process".

Just make sure that in your letter you mention you are looking for an "information interview" with their hiring manager.

When you get to go in, make sure you wear your "sunday best"--look as nice as possible, wear a LITTLE bit of makeup if you are female (I would suggest a light layer of mascara, a LIGHT just a few shades darker blush & a light lip gloss).  

If you are a young man--I would suggest black dress pants (not black jeans), and a nice sweater or a shirt & tie. If you have long hair--tie it back & flatten fly-aways with hair spray or mousse.  Shave if necessary.

I would not wear perfume (or cologne) as most adult work places in this day & age are scent free or low scent.

Pay attention to how your hands, face & shoes look as well--you don't have to go over the top but even though you are going to mature over 3 yrs--it will help you to show that you at least have a good idea of where to start.
