Looking for manual for ''nec n-3480'' TV, missing...

Question

Looking for manual for "nec n-3480" TVSomeone has cut the power cord off and I'd like to know how to connect a new cord. The remnant has a blue wire and a brown wire. I need to know which is positive & which is negative. I am in Australia. The circuit board says 250V so I can supply the correct Voltage (we use 240V)
