Looking for manufacturer of hand-painted ceramic tiles in Vietnam.?

I have never been to Vietnam but was told that hand-painted ceramic tiles-works are readily available there. Looking for cottage industry type manufacturer who is willing to accept small quantity customised orders. Details of any trade exhibitions show-casing such products would also be helpful. Thank you.

If you send me your e-mail, and a few more details, I will contact a Vietnamese friend who is living in the US, and I will also chat with my Vietnamese friends here. I live in Ha Noi. Cottage industry is rather unrealistic. Ceramics are village-level specialities, with multiple families (now businesses) that have often been doing it for years.
