Looking for mass transit investors , where to look, for real ?

looking to get a mass transit system going in Austin Texas using MONORAIL, connected to all others systems we have now.And seems the GREEN way to do it, but with funds being tight a private investor, whom could use this over and over needs to be found.

For real you have a slim chance if any because hardly anyone will invest just to be able to ride over and over but for talking sakes go to the biggest city,probably houston and go to the transportation office and get a list of investors that have invested in many projects,they have lists because I have personally been sent to get one so thats your best bet,to go to the investors and tell them your idea.
