Looking for my brother who was put up for adoption when he was 6-8 months old?

When my brother was 6-8 months old my mother had put him up for adoption, he was born may 11 1988, Im looking for him ive never met him but it would be nice to finally meet him. We are canadian. His biological father resides in Nova Scotia and i live in Ontario... His name is Matthew Danovan or Donovan Starr his real name... and im not to sure on the spelling of donovan... just wondering if if anyone out there would no him... i have a pic of him when when was a baby.

you could try contacting the adoption agency that he was adopted out of but it might be closed or they might restrict you because of privacy of the individual. but that is a different country so you could give it a shot.
