  1. Great ideas Jettif! Myspace is how I communicate with my little sister who was adopted.

  2. http://www.zabasearch.com/query1_zaba.ph...

  3. that's a bit much info to give about someone over the Internet

  4. Do you know her name now??  Is that still her name. How old is she??  I found 5 girls with that name but none currently in VA...

  5. i don't think its too much info to give out. Is this her birth name or adopted name?

if its her adopted name then use some free onloine name and address finders. If its her birthname, then you'll have to register through the state and put a consent to release your information into your adoption agency file or state file should she come looking.

    also use www.isrr.net

  6. To Shelby:

Is it too much information?  If this was an OPEN adoption this poor woman wouldn't HAVE to use Y!A to try and find her daughter!

What kind of a crazy country do we live in that she CAN"T keep this private--she has so few resources--like access to her daughter's records--that a public domain like the internet serves as her best bet?

    Cogitate on that.

    Good Luck , Red!

  7. I  don't think its too much information to give out over the net. Good luck with finding her

This might sound funny but I found some one I was looking for that I have not seen for twenty years on myspace. You can do a search by name and the person's profile might have enough information that you recognize the person. I actually did it and emailed the person. And it was my friend from twenty years ago.

  8. contact the volunteer search network vsn.org

    Good Luck!
