By reading your question, it seems you are unsure if this restaurant will be a steakhouse or not... Personally I think the same way about naming a business as naming a child, you have to know if its a boy or a girl before you can name it...

That being said... When I first read your question, I though maybe

"Sweetwater grille" or...

maybe you could use your last name - or give it a cultural name that relates to the area your moving into...

But I would recommend getting the venue down before worrying about a name, the name should come easy after you have your venue.  Good luck to you!
