We will more than likely need to rent/buy a single family home for the space, but don't want to be too isolated in the suburbs...any suggestions?

  1. Be sure to check out Heritage, in north Ft Worth. Nice community, easy commute to anywhere, great schools and world class water park / clubhouse facilities.

  2. Check into Keller which is north of Ft worth on I-35.  It borders the Alliance industrial park to the north, Haslet to the west, Southlake to the east and North Richland Hills and Watauga to the south.  Keller is in a growing phase and new houses and businesses are going up everyday.

  3. There are some very cute homes in the Ft. Worth Cultural District. The area around Ridglea Country Club is also nice.

  4. Arlington is quite nice with low crime and easy access to Ft. Worth and Dallas via I30, I20, 303 & 180 all going into Ft. Worth or Dallas. It seems to be relatively low crime especially North of 30 and south of 20. And the rent is par for the course with many townhomes and apts. I don't know about houses though since my husband and I were looking into townhomes. It seems pretty nice over by I30 and Green Oaks (Eastchase) Blvd. Personally I like anything that is near Green Oaks blvd all the way around (including Dottie Lynn and Eastchase).
