I would try to find a nice italian restaraunt. Not sure what you have around there but, I think the name of one around here is called Bucca DePeppo's. You could try the Olive garden too but its not as classy and more of a chain restaraunt. The Olive garden is like calling Taco bell real mexican food when it is not. Its still nice but far from authentic. Usually most anything that you have to have a reservation for to get into is a nicer and more classy place but, higher in price too. Italian food is always a good choice because most everyone loves it.

Saltgrass in the Golden Nugget has great food as well as the Range in Harrahs.

go to red lobster its the best place to eat at your wife will enjoy it unless she doesnt like seafood..
